There are few places in the world where you can fish long after dinner is done, guided by the comforting light of the sun. Kississing is one of them.
Every year we ask our guests to send in a short story about their fishing experience, so we can provide you with some first-hand stories of what a trip to Kississing is like. And who doesn’t love a good fish story? Lodge Stories Outpost StoriesOur first trip to Kississing Lake Lodge this year was a great experience. The family owned and operated lodge is extremely well run. The staff prepare excellent meals, the guides were knowledgeable and put our group on master pike, shore lunches were excellent, and the attention to details were really appreciated.

We had an awesome experience! It’s really the company culture that creates such a great experience in a wonderful and beautiful place in Canada. The pilots, dock hands, guides, lodge staff, etc. work hard at maintaining that “Canadian Hospitality,” always with a smile. We really felt like we were part of their family. Truly a five-star experience in every way, including the fishing!
